A walk in the park.

Grandpa came to visit us to see Austyn before his birthday. We decided to go to the park since it was a mild day and soon we won't have many of those. I captured some nice pictures as we gave him a tour of our favourite park in town. As you can see from the beach pictures the water has receded a great deal and we were able to walk out onto the sand barges and look at the bottom, where we normally stand when we go swimming. Zoe and Grandpa picked up some litter. On our way back to the car we came across a swarm of insects. There were thousands of them, on both sides of the stairs. I have learned that they are likely termites.
