Book Sharing Monday

Zen Shorts by Jon J. Muth is a story of wisdom for young people to help them understand some of the ways of Buddha. This book is a story about three siblings that receive a visit by a panda bear (complete with a panda bear accent) by the name of Stillwater. Stillwater teaches them about many things; luck, feelings, kindness, giving, and more. There are so many things, even for older children, to think about in this story. I can't wait to pick up another one of the books from this series. We will be reading them soon if our library carries them.
