I adore Legos, and it saddens me that I know so many people who won't give them to their children. Why not? Because of the inconvenience of stepping on them or cleaning them up... That's unfortunate, because Legos give children endless possibilities for creativity!
We are constantly encouraging my son to just dump out entire tubs (I mean the big Rubbermaid storage ones - we have two, filled to the top) of Legos, and go wild with them.
