Book Sharing Monday - One Red Apple

One Red Apple by Harriet Ziefert is a fast read that is beautifully illustrated. It follows one red apple from the point that it was picked from the tree to the point of another apple getting picked.

What I love most about this book is how it encourages a love for earth and the natural process of how an apple is made.
